Your first month includes your provider consultation, comprehensive labs, body composition analysis, personalized treatment plan, four weeks of weight loss medication, B12 and Lipo-Stat injections, plus your Merit Method resources and community access.

You're in the right place. We look at your symptoms, health history and labs as part of the bigger picture. If hormone treatment may be appropriate for you, we'll talk through your options and build that into your care.

No. Medication is just one tool, and there isn't one treatment that's right for everyone. Your plan is built around your health, goals and needs. You'll also receive our simple 80/20/80 framework and nutrition guidance, with additional options like vitamin injections and medical-grade supplements available when appropriate.

The first month gets your personalized plan started. During months 2–12, you’ll continue in the Merit Method Program for $229 per month. This includes ongoing medical care, regular check-ins, treatment adjustments, nutrition guidance and support when progress gets hard.
Medication and vitamin injections are billed separately after your first month.
After 12 months, eligible clients may transition to our Thrive Program for $99 per month. Thrive provides continued support to help you maintain your progress and keep the weight off.

Yes. After your initial visit, many follow-up appointments can be completed through telehealth while you are located in Kansas. We’ll explain which visits or services may require a trip to our Topeka clinic.
