Let’s do this — your journey with Merit begins with a simple, supportive visit that gives us everything we need to design your personalized plan.

Your Welcome Appointment Includes:

  • ✔️ InBody body composition analysis

  • ✔️ Set-up of your Merit Method resources and Merit Method Guidebook

  • ✔️ Scheduling your one-hour consultation with your provider
      (Your consultation is included in your first-month fee — no extra cost.)

Your First Month at Merit

At your Welcome Appointment, the $449 first-month fee is collected and covers:

  • Your one-hour provider consultation

  • Your entire first month of care

  • Weekly check-ins + full access to your Merit Method resources
    (Injections billed separately.)

A $50 no-show fee applies.

What Happens After Your Welcome Appointment?

You’ll return for your one-hour consultation, where your provider reviews your labs, your body composition, and your goals — and creates a clear, personalized plan for weight loss, hormones, and wellness.

This is where your program officially begins.
