Do you take insurance?
No, we do not take insurance. Insurance limits who can be seen by BMI requirements and coverage as well as how often you can be seen. As a concierge weight loss clinic, we’re able to take fewer patients which means we have more time and flexibility dedicated specifically to you to make sure you get results.
Do you take HSA/FSA?
You bet! Many of our clients use their FSA or HSA for our services.
How much will my membership cost?
Your membership fee is $199 and is billed monthly. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
There is a one-time $50 enrollment fee for all clients.
What do I get with my monthly Merit membership?
As a Merit client you will receive the following:
Coaching by our team of medical weight loss and nutrition specialists focused on getting you results in our welcoming and non-judgmental space.
Weekly accountability weight-checks
Inbody Body Composition Analysis results sheet and interpretation 1x per month
Access to our exclusive online resources including 55 pages of easy and satisfying snack and meal ideas as well as video lessons focusing on habits such as night eating, cravings, and emotional eating.
Merit Weekly Meal Plan developed by our nutritionist sent to you by email.
Ongoing support and accountability with the Merit Team including medical providers, nutritionists, and support staff.

How long will I be in the program?
This program is personalized and tailored to you! You will remain a Merit client for as long as you need. No pressure, you make the decision. Our average client stays with us for around 6-12 months. Merit has no cancelation fees.
How frequently will I be seen?
We recommend weekly weight-checks for accountability and one visit per month with one of our providers. Our weight checks are flexible and no appointment is needed. Your once monthly visit with a medical provider is a scheduled 30 minute appointment.
What extra costs or fees can I expect?
We keep things simple. There are no cancelation or hidden fees. At Merit, there are no required supplements, vitamins, or foods to be purchased. However, if you are interested in medications, hormone optimization, blood work, supplements, or vitamin injections these are at an extra cost and these costs will be reviewed with you at your appointment. At Merit, we always keep cost in consideration and review all of your options with you at your consultation.
What are the requirements to be a client?

Do you offer hormone replacement therapy?
